Forrester evaluated the software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings of select talent management software providers against 57 specific talent management criteria. To participate in this Forrester Talent Management Wave, vendors were required to provide three solutions as SaaS offerings: performance management, learning management and succession planning. In addition to receiving the highest score of any provider in learning management and collaboration and among the highest score for financial viability, SumTotal earned perfect scores across 40 total criteria areas.
