We’re so glad you’ve decided to join Let’s Get Rolling on March 11th at 7 pm ET. You are in for a real treat.
Our menu will include miso soup and two different types of sushi rolls – one vegetarian, and the other cooked fish. While we won’t be working with raw fish due to the challenge of guaranteeing it remains fresh in transit, the same techniques you learn can be used on raw fish in the future.
