Course Description and Key Learning Objectives

This course will prepare you for your annual Performance Review rollover. The purpose of the annual process rollover effort is to initiate a Performance Management process for a new performance year. In this course, you received an overview of the rollover tasks and learn what your, and SumTotal’s, roles and responsibilities will be during the process.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe what tasks you must complete before, during and after your rollover
  • Identify the timeline when this process will happen
  • Describe your role and responsibilities during the rollover process

Class Length

4 Hours

Prerequisites

  • Completion of both the Performance Management Administration and Basic Administration courses
  • Access to the SumTotal Goal and Performance Management module
  • Basic Internet skills and intermediate computer skills
  • Familiarity with your organization’s performance goals and appraisal process
