This course on Compensation Administration focuses on the main features that Compensation Managers and HR Administrators will use to manage the compensation process. You will see how to navigate the system as an administrator, and how to perform the tasks that will allow your Company’s employees to effectively utilize the system. The course provides hands-on training to reinforce each topic.
