Course Description and Key Learning Objectives

This course will introduce you to the features, tools, and process flows of the SumTotal 360 Feedback module. This course begins with an in-depth discussion of the 360 Multi-rater feedback process, covering both the workflow and best practices for implementation. Next is a demonstration of the system, which gives you the chance to see the process within the system, and practice completing tasks on your own. Finally, you will learn how to tie the results of the 360 module to creating development plans.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Define the main concepts and components of 360 Feedback
  • Identify the main features and tools of SumTotal 360 Feedback
  • Describe the steps of the 360 Feedback process
  • Demonstrate how to execute 360 Feedback processes such as:
    • Defining participants and assigning 360 reviews
    • Analyzing the results of a 360 review process
    • Utilizing the results to create development plans
