SumTotal offers a wide range of courses covering the administration of our Payroll and Benefits Management System. The Payroll & Benefits Management product training curriculum provides you a full, immersive experience intended to familiarize with all aspects of the Payroll and Benefits modules of the SumTotal suite.

There are a number of courses at various levels designed to help the new user learn their way around the functionality of the Payroll and Benefits management modules. These vary from introductory level courses covering the activities carried out by a new payroll or benefits clerk to advanced courses on setup and configuration. The courses have all been redesigned to fit the needs of our customers.

Flexible Training Opportunities

SumTotal offers a variety of training opportunities for all of its product lines, allowing you to find the type of training that meets your needs.

  • Virtual training: Don't have the budget to travel to a training site? Have less time to engage in training? Many of our courses are delivered virtually. Led by instructors experienced with delivering training in an online environment, we present virtual courses over the Web using standard conferencing tools. These courses blend instructor demonstrations with structured, hands-on student activities.
  • On-site training: If you have a large number of on-site employees who require training, consider having one of our qualified trainers come to you. By having instructors on-site, you not only minimize travel costs, but also have opportunities to reference your own resources during the training.
  • Web-based training: We have a number of our courses available as self-paced web classes. These cover the same content as the Instructor Led course but are available on demand to any customer at any time.
