Overview

This course is for experienced users of Pathlore Learning Mangement System (LMS) who will be using Gap Analysis to analyze delivered training and to manage mandatory training programs such as certification programs or management development programs.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for users of Pathlore LMS 6.5 who need to track individual development, job certification, or other required training, although experienced users of Pathlore LMS version 5 or higher can benefit from the material presented.

Platforms

This course is for all users of Pathlore LMS 6.5, regardless of platform (Oracle, SQL Server, or MSDE).

  • Defining requirements for an individual or group
  • Organizing related requirements into curriculums and curriculum groups
  • Identifying the people to analyze
  • Choosing and customizing the appropriate GA report
  • Monitoring individual or group progress towards completion
  • Forecasting demand for specific classes and activities

Prerequisites

  • Basic Windows skills
  • One or more of the following:
    • Completion of a Training Administration Fundamentals – LMS 6 or System Management – LMS 6 course
    • Three (3) months experience using Pathlore LMS
