Target Audience
This course is designed for users who are tasked with planning, building, and maintaining automatic e-mail notifications from OnTrack. Ideal candidates are semi-technical users with SQL and/or the OnTrack Database.
Course Description and Key Learning Objectives
The DKWorkflow Assistant Fundamentals class focuses on modifying and creating automated e-mail notifications for OnTrack. In this course you'll learn to modify the 12 standard workflow events, plan/build custom events and actions, and design e-mail templates.
