Course Description and Key Learning Objectives

This instructor-led course teaches learners how to generate, manage, and secure training reports.

In this course, participants will learn to:

  • Explain how reporting works with Enterprise LMS data.
  • Explore Report Manager mode.
  • Generate out-of-the-box reports.
  • Update out-of-the-box reports to identify specific learning activity details.
  • Manage reports and categories to determine user visibility.
  • Configure the reporting environment in Enterprise LMS.

Class Length

1 day/2 Half Days Virtual

Prerequisites

  • Basic Internet skills and intermediate computer skills (mouse, keyboard, and so on).
  • Completion of either the Administering the SumTotal Enterprise Suite or Using and Managing Enterprise LMS course.
  • Prior understanding of relational databases is helpful.
