The Basic Package

This option offers our most basic custom development courseware for online training (OLT) set in a template branded with your colors and logo. Your specialized content will be incorporated into a customized thirty minute long eLearning program that will increase learner retention and recall through efficient use of interactive content and media. The customized course will contain a high number of text and image screens with simple click and display interactions. Approximately 25% - 30% of the course may feature interactive screens.

Level of Learning - Level 1: Knowledge

This low-interactivity, low-media approach is typically used for instructing learners on corporate policies, and other fact- based content that requires the learner to retain and recall key information. Examples include organizational or product facts, rules, policies, standards, procedures and simple processes.

 

This short, audio-driven course was created for the sales team of a major pharmaceutical company. The interactivity is limited to simple click-and-reveal and mouse rollovers. Learning is enhanced through simple scenarios and real life examples. Most of the screens are purely text and image screens, making this a Level 1 course.

In general, Level 1 Interactivity promotes speed learning, appropriate for recall of simple, fact-based information which needs to be distributed quickly. With Interactivity Level 1:

  • The learner will navigate through the course using basic windows functions (e.g. point and click, forward and back, basic keyboard functions, etc.).
  • Engagement techniques include: pop-ups, rollovers, simple animations, multiple choice tests and true/false exercises.

Level 1 Media utilizes simple but effective media content to engage the learner, aiding in quality retention when content is key. The Basic Package features stock or client-provided images, fonts, and sound effects.
