Contacting Technical Support

Customer who have purchased a ToolBook Technical Support contract can contact Technical Support for assistance. You will be asked to provide your Technical Support ID Number when contacting ToolBook Support, please have this information available.

If you have a ToolBook Activation problem or question you may contact Technical Support even without a Support Contract.

     6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (USA West Coast Time) Monday through Thursday
     6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (USA West Coast Time) Friday

  • Observed USA Holidays: New Year's Day (1/2), President's Day (2/20), Spring Vacation Day (4/6), Memorial Day (5/28), Independence Day (7/4), Labor Day (9/3), Columbus Day (10/8), Thanksgiving (11/22 & 11/23), Christmas (12/24 & 12/25). Technical Support will operate with a reduced staff during the Christmas holiday break (the period between Christmas and New Year's Day).

Customers from Mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa who purchased ToolBook Support through a reseller, should contact their reseller for product assistance.
