Contacting Technical Support

Customer who have purchased a ToolBook Technical Support contract can contact Technical Support for assistance. You will be asked to provide your Technical Support ID Number when contacting ToolBook Support, please have this information available.

If you have a ToolBook Activation problem or question you may contact Technical Support even without a Support Contract.

Depending on your needs, use one of the following two online forms to submit your details.

  Send a technical issue to the ToolBook Support Team using our Web Form. You will receive a response from the Technical Support team within 24 business hours.

• Submit a Product Enhancement Request
  Provide us with your ideas on how to enhance the ToolBook product

• Observed USA Holidays: New Year's Day (1/2), President's Day (2/20), Spring Vacation Day (4/6), Memorial Day (5/28), Independence Day (7/4), Labor Day (9/3), Columbus Day (10/8), Thanksgiving (11/22 & 11/23), Christmas (12/24 & 12/25). Technical Support will operate with a reduced staff during the Christmas holiday break (the period between Christmas and New Year's Day).
