The National College for School Leadership (NCSL) Case Study

The College has three core areas of activity: leadership development, research and development and online learning, networks and information. Within leadership development, it works through national and partner programs, including its own National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), a mandatory head teacher qualification.

NCSL implemented the SumTotal's solution and was happy to find that the solution yielded significant savings for the organization. By becoming a paperless system and saved NCSL more than $2.7M across five programs a year ($550,000 per program), with specific savings on the recruitment of program candidates.
