Your performance appraisals are delivered via our Visual Profiler™ rating interface – a time-saving, easy, intuitive rating tool. Visual Profiler's ratings continuum and comparative format more accurately reflect the way people appraise others  resulting in significant increases in employee participation. Visual Profiler™ can be used to assess one employee on multiple competencies, or managers can save time by rating multiple employees at once against each competency.

Flexible formats

Many customers also choose to include other TotalPerformance rating formats along with Visual Profiler, such as Likert scales. Regardless of the format, raters can leave detailed comments, with full support from the Comment Assistant, spell check, and Legal Minder™ language scanner. Comments in the ongoing performance log can be copied directly into the performance appraisal, and edited if required.

With our highly configurable system, you can create just the right process for each business unit or employee grouping or, you can standardize all employees on one, customized process.
