Pathlore Unlimited Program

At SumTotal, we are committed to our long-standing customers of Pathlore LMS products and we are continuing our investment in Pathlore platform enhancements and updates.

SumTotal has announced the “Pathlore Unlimited” program to further our commitment to customers of Pathlore Enterprise, Pathlore Registrar, and Pathlore Classroom.The Pathlore Unlimited program provides ongoing product maintenance and enhancements to those customers who are on active maintenance — as long as they choose to stay with their current products. SumTotal will provide continued support of the platform and facilitate a migration to the newer SumTotal Talent Development Suite or ResultOnDemand® offering. Customers can choose to move to the newer platforms when they are ready.

The program provides the following key benefits:

  • Life-time support: SumTotal will continue to provide customer support for all customers in the active support program for Pathlore products, as well as provide options to upgrade based on business needs and readiness.
  • Product Enhancements: SumTotal will continue to offer customer-driven product enhancements and value-add capabilities by enabling integrations with best-in-class functionality in the SumTotal Talent Development Suite.
  • Upgrade to Pathlore Enterprise:SumTotal offers options to upgrade to Pathlore Enterprise from Pathlore Classroom and Pathlore Registrar platforms for best-of-breed capabilities.
  • Upgrade path to next-generation platform: Customers can upgrade to the SumTotal Talent Development Suite and ResultsOnDemand® when ready.
  • Migration Credits: With migration credits, SumTotal offers customers a lower cost of migration to SumTotal Talent Development Suite and ResultsOnDemand® offerings.
  • Value-added Services: SumTotal offers webinars, deep-dive sessions, and more…
