The translation is done outside of ToolBook and your Translators don’t even need to have the ToolBook authoring system installed. Workflow features enables the translation process to occur quickly and smoothly

Different people can do these steps, for example, step 1 can be done by a ToolBook developer, while a professional translator can do step 2.
