SumTotal Strengthens Customer Service across EMEA with New Center of Excellence for Customer Support in Windsor, UK

Mountain View, Calif., August 10, 2010 - SumTotal® Systems, Inc., a market leader and a global provider of talent development solutions, today announced that it has more than doubled the size of its EMEA support team, significantly strengthening the levels of service and support it can offer customers and consolidated all EMEA Support Operations by establishing an EMEA Support Center of Excellence in Windsor in Berkshire, UK. In addition, SumTotal Systems has moved its UK headquarters from the village of Datchet to Windsor in Berkshire.

Expanding and consolidating its EMEA support team in one location allows SumTotal to drive greater efficiencies and further enhance the quality of its customer service it provides. “With the markets for learning and talent management growing rapidly, we need to ensure that we are delivering the highest possible levels of service and support to our existing clients,” says Bobby Slaton, Executive Vice President of Service and Support at SumTotal Systems. “We are confident that this move and the related strengthening of our customer service and support team will enable us to continue to offer best-in-class support to our rapidly growing customer base.”

The newly expanded service and support team will offer broad language capability, with English, French, Spanish and Italian available now, and German and Arabic in the near future. It will also give SumTotal extended knowledge and understanding of local language and laws and the prevailing business culture, further strengthening the service the company can offer customers across the EMEA marketplace.
