• Enhanced Report Manager Platform – Allows for the creation of ad-hoc reports using a drag-and-drop interface.  These reports can help HR executives better determine the organization’s return on investment of their learning initiatives and can more effectively measure that the information being taught during training is being internalized by participants, ultimately improving performance. 


• Performance Calibration Tools – Permits users to configure performance indicators to fit a variety of scenarios to help ensure a fair and consistent performance rating process in employee evaluations across the organization.
