AGCO Corporation Selects SumTotal Talent Management System

Mountain View, Calif. – October 10, 2007 – SumTotal® Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUMT), a global provider of talent and learning management solutions, said that AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG) has purchased the SumTotal Enterprise Suite™ to deliver learning, manage employee performance and align goals.  The SumTotal suite is a talent management system consisting of TotalLMS™, a platform for delivering and analyzing learning, TotalPerformance™, software for assessing employee performance, and TotalCompensation™, technology for building, among other things, pay-for-performance models.

Duluth, Ga.-based AGCO, a world leader in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of agricultural equipment, is implementing SumTotal’s Enterprise Suite in phases as part of a strategic human resources initiative. Since its formation in 1990, AGCO has grown through more than 20 acquisitions.
