SumTotal Manages Learning for European Directory Services Company Seat Pagine Gialle

Mountain View, Calif. – September 18, 2006 – SumTotal® Systems (Nasdaq: SUMT), the largest provider of talent, learning and business performance solutions, announced that Seat Pagine Gialle, a European provider of directory services, will deploy a SumTotal learning management system (LMS), an enterprise platform for analyzing, storing and delivering learning.

With its headquarters in Turin, Seat Pagine Gialle is the leading directory publisher in Italy, and has operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and France.

Seat Pagine Gialle will use the SumTotal system to train its 4,000 employees and agents about the company’s products and plan new-hire training on sales techniques.
