Pathlore Hotfix Notification Service Now Available |
|
At the recent Pathlore LMS User Group forum, hosted at TotalConnection 2007, a new service was unveiled to all SumTotal’s Pathlore users. For the first time, customers can “opt in” to be notified whenever a product hotfix for Pathlore LMS is released.
Along with a revamped downloads page, and shorter turnaround times for hotfix download availability, this new communication service will help keep customers informed about the latest fixes and improvements to their Pathlore LMS.
Ready to join? To add your name to the new notification service, simply point your browser to:

Complete the online request form (see sample), making sure to enter the email address you wish the notifications to be sent to:
- Enter your name and company information
- Choose the LMS version(s) for which you wish to receive hotfix notifications
- Click “Save My Settings”, and you’re immediately added
If you have previously signed up, and wish to review your current settings, you can do that as well -- just click the “Display My Settings” button after typing in your email address. |

Now whenever a new product hotfix is released for the versions you selected, an email will be sent to the email address you specified. The email will include the link to download the hotfix. Tell Us How It’s Working

Reminder: Daylight Savings Change – November 4!
The end of Daylight Savings Time (DST) is just around the corner. Luckily everything you needed to do to prepare for the November 4th time change was handled with the hotfix application issued back in March. A few important notes:
- If you applied the DST patch to your Pathlore application earlier this year (this was done automatically for hosted customers), that patch accommodates both the earlier start date and later end date to DST and no further action need be taken for this year or beyond.
- If you are using Virtual Classrooms or Outlook integration and you are running Pathlore LMS release 6.5 sp5 please make sure you have PRN394 applied as this addresses those earlier changes.
- To download a hotfix go to the support site at: http://support.pathlore.com
- If you desire more details, please reference the Daylight Savings Time Support Statement link available on the home page of the CPC
