Leadership Team

David Osborne is Executive Vice President of Global Services and OnDemand Operations at SumTotal, overseeing worldwide services of all Human Capital Management solutions for customers. 

David has 17 years of professional services experience, including managing large worldwide workforces, profit & loss management, account management, and global operations. He joins SumTotal from Lawson Software, where he served in senior global management and was responsible for running delivery operations for Lawson's Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Capital Management products and Application Managed Services (AMS).  Prior to Lawson, he worked at Infor, a premiere Enterprise Resource Planning provider where he held various posts including Global VP of AMS Sales and Delivery.

David holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Colorado State University.
