Sudheer Koneru is managing director of India, managing all sales, operations, and services for the country, as well as corporate support for engineering, services and marketing. Originally part of the Click2learn management team before the formation of SumTotal, Koneru had been with Click2learn since May 2001, holding titles of executive vice president, products and strategy, and executive vice president, services before assuming the role of chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Click2learn, Koneru co-founded Intelliprep Technologies and served as Intelliprep's CEO. Before Intelliprep, he spent eight years working on extensive enterprise software product development for Microsoft's Windows and Internet-related projects.

As a director/product unit manager at Microsoft, Koneru was instrumental in implementing the Online Support Services strategy, and also led key efforts in the areas of large-scale personalization and knowledge management in Site Server and MSN product groups.

Koneru served as president of the Seattle Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a professional organization dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin, and a B. Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India.
