The Professional Services team is geared to deploy the SumTotal Suite to meet customer requirements. The team is involved in understanding and documenting the requirements of our global customers, configuration of the SumTotal suite to meet customer needs and deep engineering to deploy product adaptations for specific customer situations. This team has a wide variety of skill sets and expertise: from seasoned project managers to development and test engineers who have expert knowledge of customer scenarios.
