The Customer Services team provides SumTotal's enterprise customers support during their lifecycle stage of product usage. The team consists of two engineering teams: one for front-level Support and another for Sustained Engineering for our legacy line of products. These teams provide an extremely dynamic and challenging work atmosphere and engineers get first-hand experience of working on complex technical problems, while understanding the real issues that large organizations face with roll-outs of enterprise-level software.
